I can't tell you how much I dislike Philip! Such prick, he seems. I do hope Jamie and Jim will be able to keep their relationship a secret, well for the near future at least.
You're writing them so well; as happy as he is to be home, Jamie still is very weary and it would feel unnatural if he was not, after all he's been through. I am so pleased they are together, but it won't be easy and theywill have to make some decisions some time.
The feel of the era is so distinct; one of your great skills in writing, just as the characters.
So Philip is not in France, I wonder what he's up to, but I am sure we'll find out later. I love this fic, Alex, it is so well written and I feel very much for both men. Can't wait for the next chapter.
