Read this late last night and loved it immediately. This is just how I could picture Sherlock at that age and unfortunately just how I could see him being treated by his peers. I also loved Violet; regular tiger mom isn't she. Her reaction was so spot on when she realized her son had been beaten by what amounted to a gang. Claw their eyes out indeed. Also her reaction to his use of the word 'fellatio'. Yes, choking on her cigarette. I can so see that. I'm sure Sherlock's mother would have been a beautiful woman, so I like that she's still turning heads in her Dior dress. And oh, the violin. That hurt him more than the beating did. I wonder where mummy will send him to school next. Harrow perhaps?
