This feels like a lovely intermission and it's good to see how Martin slowly takes his first few steps to recovery. He really is brave, asking Douglas if he meant it, calling him a berk. Martin has guts and I think Douglas trealizes that very well. I am also glad Douglas is honest about how he feels. I am sure they still have some ground to cover, but they will get there eventually, I am sure. The game made me laugh and I love the Goldeneye reference!
Such a great fic, Alec and I am sad there are only two more chapters.
