Every night, after the binary suns had disappeared below the horizon in a blaze of color, Obi-Wan huddled in his cloak and awaited the dawn, watching the brilliant changeful dome of stars with apprehension, fearing one would draw closer, bringing a torrent of death and chaos.
There was no one to help him if it did. His compatriots were gone, and here on the edge of the desert, he was already an outcast after the passage of only a year.
Sudden warmth suffused him, and a silent voice.
You are not alone, Obi-Wan.
Obi-Wan closed his eyes.
Thank you, Master.

I hope this new partnership works well. If not, maybe you ought to start thinking second thoughts about spending the next ten or so years as a giant bundle of nerves. :-/
