What gorgeous feedback. Thank you so much!

The pair that got me into fandom, fanfic, LiveJournal, everything.

I didn't know!! Well, in that case I'm particularly happy to offer something in your original OTP. And I'm so pleased that you felt the voices hewed close - I never have an easy time writing Arthur. In one sense I think he's almost conquered by fear [and WHAT happened in those intervening ten years to make him so closed-off?] but he fronts it with cynicism and a quietude that could be misinterpreted as sullen if you're not looking closely enough. And Curt - yeah, I think you're right. Damaged but not broken. He knows, I think, exactly what life's dragged from him, and what dues he's paid, down to the penny. There's wisdom there, not just the wreck of his youth. And that maturity/lack of hyper self-awareness - or is the true test of maturity not caring, finally, what people think of you, but what you think of yourself? - is the coolest thing of all.

Fantastic way to describe the VISION that is Curt Wild

Thank you! God knows I've nattered on about Curt's beauty, but I wanted to keep it simple here. :)

I'm so pleased you liked Arthur's parenthetical monologues. I'm happy they worked.

Thanks for such wondrous feedback. I was utterly squeeful over it, I promise you. :) *hug*
